Who We Are.

Our values

We love bikes. We want everyone else to find a love for bikes similar to our own! We pride ourselves on our professional services, open communication, and friendly atmosphere. We want all types of cycles to feel welcome in our shop: new or experienced, young or old, pavement or dirt.

Buck Giles - Owner

Buck is a lifelong Grays Harbor resident. Upon graduating from Hoquiam High in ‘07, he joined the USMC in pursuit of challenge. After serving as a missionary for two years in Mexico, he returned home in 2010 and enrolled in his father’s alma mater, Snow College in Utah. He married the love of his life Carly (White) in 2011 and found a second love for cycling during his college years. In 2014, they returned home to Grays Harbor to start a family close to their families. Once home, Buck could not let go of his love of cycling and pursued opening his own business Buck’s Northwest (previously Buck’s Bikes) as a mobile bicycle repair service. It evolved into a brick-and-mortar location in Seabrook where he continued to keep in touch with Terry Wines, the owner of La Vogue’s Bicycle and Apparel, and ultimately desired to become involved with Terry at La Vogue. Tragically Terry passed in May of 2022, but not before Buck’s involvement began with La Vogue. Buck assumed ownership of the bike shop in June of 2022 under the new name: La Vogue Cyclery. Buck continues to advocate for cycling in Grays Harbor by involving himself with most anything that has to do with bikes in the community. He is a race director for Gravel Unravel, helps advise locally for cycling infrastructure and tails, and also helps lead an informal race team under the shop name.
