When should you get your bike serviced?

Winter months, specifically January and February, are great times for a tune-up. That way you can get it taken care of during the slow season so it’s up and ready to go during the better weather days!

If you’re putting in lots of miles, pop in every few months if you’ve got concerns!

When serviced regularly, we’ll be able to catch wear and tear much sooner than later, saving your bike (and your wallet) from further damage.

NOTICE:

We kindly request that all customers pick up their bikes within seven business days of repair completion. Failure to do so will result in a storage fee of $5.00 per week, starting from the day we first attempted to contact you regarding the completion of your bike's repair. This storage fee is necessary to ensure that we can efficiently manage our limited storage space and continue providing quality service to all our customers. If you fail to pick up your bike after 60 days of its repair completion and have not made alternative arrangements with us, La Vogue Cyclery reserves the right to assume ownership of the bike and sell it or its parts to recover storage and/or repair fees.

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, so if you are unable to pick up your bike within the seven-business-day period, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you soon!
